Celebrating the World's Languages: A Guide to Creating a World Languages Day Event
The Language Institute is pleased to annouce the publication of a free guide to planning an event similar to World Languages Day, an outreach program of the University of Wisconsin-Madison. The guide is co-authored by former Language Institute outreach coordinator Catherine Reiland, with staff from Michigan State University and the University of Minnesota, and published by the Center for Language Education and Research (CLEAR) at MSU.

UW-Madison Russian Flagship Program
The Russian Flagship Center at UW-Madison offer students the opportunity to reach professional-level competence in Russian. It is supported by the National Security Education Program in the Department of Defense.
